WHO WE ARE
Deerfield Electric LLC started in 1992 as an electrical company strongly rooted in the industrial world specifically catering to mining facilities with primary metered, privately owned pole lines distributed throughout their property. These facilities were also ahead of their times in the automation and industrial motor control world. The team at Deerfield became versed in these areas of the electrical industry to present an all in one solution to their clients. The company then diversified into municipal contracts and began obtaining DPMC and other public bidding ratings.
In 2011 Deerfield diversified some more and began to start an education into the solar world after one of Deerfield’s clients requested solar be installed to offset their industrial facilities electrical consumption.
By 2012, Deerfield’s current owner opened Deerfield Electric Construction Inc. and began transitioning the company into more directions with heavy focus on renewable energy, medium voltage installations, and more advanced automation. Through obtaining new team members and upper level management along the way Deerfield is also performing work in general electrical installations including school work, correctional facilities, industrial food facilities, manufacturing facilities, warehouse facilities, site lighting, fire alarm, and commercial facilities.
Deerfield purchased the building where it operates in 2019. The building has undergone extensive renovations which still continue today to be able to house more office staff as well as keep inventory that is needed for the successful support of its’ customers.
Deerfield’s growth continues to this day as we have expanded to all areas of the state of New Jersey and are constantly increasing the sizes of the crews we have on staff full time to complete larger projects in the timeline our customers need them.
